Cancelling a backorder

When the backorder is placed, you will receive a delayed shipment notification email that will allow you to cancel the order if you would not want it to be on backorder. 

As long as the item did not come back into stock and we have not yet shipped it out to you, you are able to cancel your backorder via phone or email.

You can also log in to your account on www.ArtScroll.com and go to your pending orders, find your backorder and then you will be able to cancel it from there.
