Return shipping within the USA
- If you received a replacement order and the original order was subsequently delivered to you, we will pay for the shipping costs to send it back to us.
- If you received the wrong items due to miscommunication, we will pay for the return shipping.
- If you are returning your items for an exchange, credit, or refund, you are responsible for the shipping charge for the returned item(s); however, you will not be charged for shipping for the item(s) sent in exchange for returned items.
