Return shipping within the USAIf you received a replacement order and the original order was subsequently delivered to you, we will pay for the shipping costs to send it back to us. If you received the wrong items due to miscommunication, we will pay for the return shipping. If you are returning your items for an exchange, credit, or refund, you are responsible for the shipping charge for the returned item(s); however, you will not be charged for shipping for the item(s) sent in exchange for returned items.

Returning GiftsWe are happy to accept returns of gifts within 30 days of receipt. We will exchange your gift, or issue a gift certificate for the amount of the items being returned, to the gift recipient at the same address to which the order was shipped. We cannot refund cash for returned gifts. The original purchaser will not be notified about the return of the gift.

Returns on JudaicaTzitzit or Tallis orders If the items are damaged (e.g., strings missing), contact us and we will send you a return call tag; we will pay the shipping and send you a replacement. If you ordered the wrong size, you are responsible for the return shipping charge; however, when we send you the correct size, we will pay for shipping. Software We do not accept returns on opened software.

Refund procedureWe will notify you of the refund to your credit card account after we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

How do I return my order?The back of the invoice included in your package contains instructions on how to return your order to us. If you are not satisfied with an item, return it to us within 30 days of receipt in its original condition for an exchange, refund, or store credit of its purchase price. If you ordered an item with a sales price discount and subsequently wish to exchange it, the same sale price discount will be applied to the exchanged item(s).
