What should I do if my order was not received on the expected delivery day?
- If your order was shipped via USPS Media Mail, then it will probably be delivered in a few days, since the USPSĀ suppliesĀ only an estimated delivery date, notĀ a guaranteed date of delivery.
- If your order was shipped via UPS or if you relied on receiving it by the estimated USPS date,Ā email us at orders@artscroll.com or call us at 1-800 -MESORAH or 718-921-9000, provide your invoice number and contact information, and we will track it for you and offer further assistance as needed.
