If your order was shipped via USPS Media Mail, then it will probably be delivered in a few days, since the USPS supplies only an estimated delivery date, not a guaranteed date of delivery. If your order was shipped via UPS or if you relied on receiving it by the estimated USPS date, email us at orders@artscroll.com or call us at 1-800 -MESORAH or 718-921-9000, provide your invoice number and contact information, and we will track it for you and offer further assistance as needed.

Free shipping for orders over $49.00 applies only when the items are shipped to a single address. 

To track an order, go to our website, ArtScroll.com, and log into your account by clicking on the '"Your Account" link and select the "My Orders" link. You can also directly go to the My Orders Page by clicking on https://artscroll.com/Account/MyOrders.aspx You will see a list of your recent orders; click on an order to see the shipping tracking number. Click on "Details" to check the status of an order.

International orders can be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail. These services can take between 3-10 business days to deliver orders although it may get delayed due to customs. For actual shipping costs, please check cart during checkout. 

All orders to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam will ship via Media Mail.  Our offices are closed on Fridays in July and August; all orders submitted on Fridays will not be processed until the following Monday.  You will receive your order within 3-10 business days. There is a flat rate shipping fee of $4.95 for the entire order. 

When you receive free shipping through placing an order over $49.00, it will be shipped via the standard shipping option: United States Postal Service (USPS), also called Media Mail. 

Domestic orders in the Continental United States can be shipped via Saver Shipping, Ground Delivery, 3-Day Service, 2-Day Service, or Priority Overnight- 1-Day Service. Please see below to calculate shipping time for your order. Please note that due to their large size, shipping fees apply on all sukkahs and bamboo mats Saver Shipping  FREE on ALL orders over $49. Only $3.95 flat rate for all orders under $49. Saver Shipping orders usually ship by the next business day, pending order verification.
