When a backorder is back in stock 30 days after the order has been placed.
If it is more than 30 days since you placed the backorder, you will receive an email notification that your backordered item(s) came back into stock, it will be an "Action Required" email.
You will be able to fill your order if you confirm that you would like to receive it and you can cancel the order if you choose to cancel it.
The email will be formatted like the text found below-
YOUR BACKORDERED ITEM IS NOW IN STOCK
An item that you had on backorder has come back into stock and is ready to be shipped. Please confirm that you would still like to receive this item by clicking below
There will be a link to your order in your account on ArtScroll.com where you will be able to release your order so that customer service can process and ship it to you.
It will then say- If you do not confirm this order it will be CANCELED in 14 days or you can cancel it by clicking on the option of "click here to cancel order" on the email you received.
The credit card will not be charged until you confirm that you would like to to receive the backordered item(s).
