When a backordered item is back in stock before 30 days of the order being placed.If the backorder was placed less than 30 days the order will automatically fill and we will ship the order out. We will send you an email that your backordered item is back in stock along with confirmation that we have processed your order. If the credit card we have on file for the order declined, you will receive an email letting you know that the order will not be able to be sent out until we receive a new form of payment.

Cancelling a backorderWhen the backorder is placed, you will receive a delayed shipment notification email that will allow you to cancel the order if you would not want it to be on backorder. As long as the item did not come back into stock and we have not yet shipped it out to you, you are able to cancel your backorder via phone or email. You can also log in to your account on www.

When a backorder is back in stock 30 days after the order has been placed.If it is more than 30 days since you placed the backorder, you will receive an email notification that your backordered item(s) came back into stock, it will be an "Action Required" email. You will be able to fill your order if you confirm that you would like to receive it and you can cancel the order if you choose to cancel it. The email will be formatted like the text found below-

What price will the backordered item be charged with?When the backordered item comes back into stock will be charged you the price you ordered it for. If you ordered it during a sale you will receive the sale's price that you originally purchased it at.
