When a backordered item is back in stock before 30 days of the order being placed.
If the backorder was placed less than 30 days the order will automatically fill and we will ship the order out.
We will send you an email that your backordered item is back in stock along with confirmation that we have processed your order.
If the credit card we have on file for the order declined, you will receive an email letting you know that the order will not be able to be sent out until we receive a new form of payment.
Please contact us if you would like to receive your back order by updating your credit card information either through our website and emailing us that you changed the preferred payment method so that we can further process the order or call customer service at 1-800-MESORAH.
